Production & Processing:
Your attire is made to order with care. Some pieces may require intricate handmade work, extending the production time to approximately 8-14 days from creation to shipment.
Estimated Delivery Time:
Please allow up to 8-14 days from order placement for your dress to be shipped. Delivery time depends on your destination. Generally, standard shipping takes 8-14 days for the package to arrive after it has been shipped, and International shipping takes 8-21 days
Return Policy

Conditions for Returns:
- Quality Assurance: Each garment undergoes rigorous quality checks before shipment. In the unlikely event that you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately to initiate the return process.
- Size and Fit: We understand the importance of finding the perfect fit. If the garment does not meet your expectations in terms of size or fit, we offer exchanges for a different size, subject to availability.
- Unworn Condition: To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received, with all original tags and packaging intact.
- Return Initiation: Returns must be initiated within 2 days of receiving the item. Please contact our customer service team to request a return authorization and detailed instructions.
Refund Process:
Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days and credited to the original payment method.
